Forest Education

A FUTURE IN FORESTRY
There’s more to a career in forestry than trees. Forestry is the science of managing forest ecosystems in a sustainable manner that addresses economic, environmental, social and cultural values.

A professional career in the field of forestry can take you down many roads – forest management and environmental planning, research, education, policy development, harvesting, silviculture – all of which contribute to the sustainable management of Canada’s forests.
