Jim
Taylor, General Manager
Jim is general manager of the WNMF, and is responsible for
our day-to-day operations. He was one of the original authors
of the Model Forest proposal, and his involvement with the
WNMF spans 10 years, including six as general manager. Jim's
background includes designation as a Registered Professional
Forester (RPF), former Director (Acting) of Forest Management,
Section Head i/c Planning for the Newfoundland Forest Service
(NFS), and District Forester for the NFS. To reach Jim,

Sean
Dolter, Project Coordinator
Sean is the WNMF’s projects manager, and was our senior
planner for the past five years. He has experience in project
management, public facilitation, and coastal and terrestrial
planning. Sean is a graduate of Saint Mary's University,
majoring in physics, and has a diverse background in coastal
management, GIS, oil and gas exploration, and marketing.

Linda
Skinner, Communications Coordinator
Linda joined the WNMF as communications coordinator in 2002.
She holds a bachelor of journalism (honours) degree from
the University of King’s College, and has worked as
a writer, editor and photographer in Newfoundland and Labrador
for the past 10 years. Linda manages the WNMF Web site and
prepares Forest Watch, our newsletter. She is also responsible

Glenda
Garnier, Office Manager
Glenda has worked with the WNMF as office manager
since 1994. Her education is in the accounting/administration
field and she has a varied background in business management
and development. She also has extensive experience in community
development. Glenda’s Model Forest responsibilities
include financial reporting and accounting, management and
employee relations, communications, organizational development,
